Refund policy

Full prices orders:  We hope you LOVE your Ramolli intimates but understand that sometimes that’s not always the case.  We are happy to accept your items back for return for store credit or exchange only as long as the item meets the following criteria.

  1. In its original condition with all tags & hygiene seals intact.
  2. No signs of wear – eg: marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains.
  3. Full price items to be returned withing 21 days of purchase, sale items within 14.
  4. Items must be returned with proof of purchase.

Sale price orders:  We do not accept exchanges or returns on items purchased on sale or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion, all discounted items are considered final sale, unless the items are faulty and proof is provided by the customer.

Our return policy is 21 days for full priced items & 14 days for sale items; if the policy timeframe has surpassed, we will be unable to offer you a store credit or exchange.
