BRA SIZING:
HOW TO MEASURE THE UNDER-BUST
Wrap the tape measure around your chest firmly, just under the bust and straight across your back.
HOW TO MEASURE THE OVER-BUST
Measure around the fullest part of your bust (usually over the nipple). This is best done while you're wearing a bra that is not padded. Hold the tape gently so that the tape is resting lightly against your body.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Use the mirror to make sure the tape measure is straight all the way around.

HOW TO MEASURE WAIST
Measure the natural indentation of the waist, preferably on bare skin - with some tightness. If you're having trouble finding this spot, bend to one side and a crease in your waist should give you an indicated of wear to measure.
