Welcome to Ramolli. By accessing or placing an order through our website (ramolli.com.au), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Us
Ramolli is an Australian-owned small business specialising in premium lingerie, including lace sets, satin pieces and intimates. We are committed to making every woman feel confident, beautiful, and special in pieces that are both luxurious and genuinely affordable.

2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Ramolli reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are final.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
3. Shipping
Ramolli currently ships within Australia only.
- Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST are dispatched the next business day.
- Metro Areas: 3–5 business days estimated delivery.
- Regional Areas: 5–7 business days estimated delivery.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ramolli is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other third-party carriers.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of lingerie, we are unable to accept returns on underwear under any circumstances. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless confirmed as faulty. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
If you receive a faulty item, we will accept it back for store credit and/or exchange, provided:
- The item is in its original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
- There are no signs of wear (e.g. tan, deodorant, or personal stains).
- Photographic evidence and a description of the fault are submitted via email.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Timeframes: 21 days for full-priced items | 14 days for sale items.

5. Sizing
We provide detailed sizing guides on our Sizing Charts page for bras, bottoms, and suspenders. Sizes are based on measurements in centimetres and may vary by up to 3 cm due to material and manufacturing processes.
It is the customer's responsibility to review the sizing guide before placing an order. Ramolli does not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing selection.

6. Product Descriptions & Imagery
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and sizing information are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen display settings. Ramolli does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on ramolli.com.au — including images, text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Ramolli and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
Ramolli is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use your data solely for the purpose of processing orders, improving your shopping experience, and communicating with you about your purchases.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping carriers). For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Sustainability & Ethical Manufacturing
Ramolli is committed to minimising environmental impact. Our hygiene liners (gussets) are compostable, and we use digital textile technology that saves over 40 billion litres of water per year and uses 90% less ink than traditional printing methods.
Our manufacturing partners share our values of ethics, sustainability, and quality. All partners operate in compliance with international industry standards, including fair employment, safe working conditions, fair wages, employee rights, and zero child labour. Partners are subject to random third-party inspections to ensure ongoing compliance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Ramolli's liability for any claim arising from the use of our website or products is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any applicable consumer guarantees.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
Ramolli reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
