Returns Policy

We hope you LOVE your Ramolli intimates but understand that sometimes that’s not always the case.  Due to the hygienic nature of lingerie,  we unfortunately cannot accept returns, or validate returns unless the item is faulty. However, we are happy to offer store credit or exchange for bra/ bralettes and suspenders if the sizing is incorrect. We do not not accept returns, or exchanges for underwear.

If you notice a fault, or need a size exchange we are happy to accept your items back for store credit and/ or exchange as long as it meets the following criteria.

- The item is in the original condition, with all tags / hygiene seals intact.
- No signs of wear eg: markings from tan, deodorant or other personal stains.
-Evidence of fault (if applicable)- pictures and description to be emailed.
-Proof of purchase.
Our return policy allows 21 days for full priced items and 14 days for sale items; if the policy timeframe has surpassed, we will be unable to offer you a store credit or exchange.
