I have a promo code/ gift card how do I use it?
Browse through our beautiful products and choose the items you just can’t live without. When you’ve almost maxed out that credit card head to the checkout to complete your purchase. Inserted the promo code in the box that says ‘Gift Card or Discount code’ and press enter! Once applied a valid discount code will show a recalculated purchase price with your discount or gift card deduction applied.

I received the wrong item in my order
Sorry babe! Our mistake! We always double check our orders however we are only human! We apologize for the error and will work with you to resolve this as soon as possible. To amend this issue, please contact our support team at support@ramolli.com.au and include order number, photos and descriptions of the incorrect items. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us through social media, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

An item in my order has been damaged:
We try our best to make sure your items are careful signed sealed and delivered! We understand that damage can occur after it leaves our warehouse. If you have discovered your item is broken or faulty we would love to amend this issue. Please contact our support team at support@ramolli.com.au and include order number, photos and descriptions of the items so we can determine the cause and resolution. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us through social media, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

When will an item be restocked in my size:
Ramolli is an exclusive brand, offering exclusive styles in limited numbers.
If you notice a style is sold out you can sign up for email notification for restock!
To sign up for this notification, select the style and click -‘ Notify me when in stock’. Please note: We cannot guarantee that this item will be restocked, but will keep you updated if we decided to discontinue any products.

How should I wash my Ramolli lingerie?
To maintain the shape, colour and condition of your intimates we suggest a gentle hand wash in cold water only.
- Do not use any harsh soaps or chemicals
- Avoid washing detergents that contain bleaching elements or óxy action’
- Do not rub or wring intimates
- Do not iron or dry clean
- Line dry only, preferably out of harsh sun exposure
